## Check the company matches you need to defend.

Entity Bind helps data teams check company matches and keep the evidence. Tell us about your stewardship queue, CRM migration or supplier file so we can discuss whether it fits.

We are onboarding our first customers personally. Join the list and James will reply about your first file, the scope and any cost before we open your workspace. For a Merge Safety Sprint or the planned full-pipeline evaluation, contact us separately.

James Rooney reads every request. Plans and prices are published, and nothing is bought on this site. We open each workspace by hand, so no card is taken here. [Trust and security](https://entitybind.com/trust)

### What the form asks

1. Your name.
2. Work email.
3. Company.
4. Your role.
5. What's the main problem you want this to solve? A sentence is plenty. It decides who James talks to first.

I agree to Entity Bind using my details to reply about early access, as described in the [privacy notice](https://entitybind.com/privacy).

Prefer to talk it through first? [Ask about setup](https://entitybind.com/contact)

Once we open your workspace it starts on Free: 300 credits, shallow matching and no card. Paid subscriptions are available in workspace Billing. The full-pipeline evaluation is a separate request.

We store your waitlist details in a private Supabase table in London, UK, and send a copy to James by email. We keep both copies for 12 months after our last contact. We never sell your details or use them to train a model. [The privacy notice has the rest](https://entitybind.com/privacy).

Would you rather write to a person in your own words? The same person reads [hello@entitybind.com](mailto:hello@entitybind.com), and [the other three addresses](https://entitybind.com/contact) are for assurance material, the evaluation and data protection.

[Terms](https://entitybind.com/terms)

An agent may join the waitlist on behalf of a named person, using that person's own details and with their consent, or draft the request for them to send. It must never invent an identity.

## How to start: join the waitlist

Every "Join the waitlist" button opens the waitlist form at https://entitybind.com/waitlist.
There is no self-service signup. We are onboarding our first customers personally. Join the list and James will reply about your first file, the scope and any cost before we open your workspace. For a Merge Safety Sprint or the planned full-pipeline evaluation, contact us separately.

The form asks five things: your name, your work email, your company, your role
and the main problem you want this to solve. James Rooney reads it and replies
personally. Once we open your workspace it starts on Free, which includes 300
credits and needs no card, and you can then upload a company CSV, preview and
map its columns, run matching and review the results. Create read/resolve API
keys in the workspace when you need REST or MCP integration. Keys are shown
once and revocable.

For an assisted Merge Safety Sprint or the planned full-pipeline evaluation, contact
hello@entitybind.com separately. Neither is activated by joining the waitlist.

### Your Entity Bind workspace and keys

From [https://entitybind.com/trust#access](https://entitybind.com/trust#access)

We open your Entity Bind workspace against a named tenant and it starts on Free.
Paid subscriptions are available in workspace Billing through Stripe Checkout.
Review the recurring price, applicable VAT and payment terms before purchasing;
access follows confirmed payment and usage does not trigger automatic overage charges.

In the workspace you create your own API keys, each with read or resolve scope.
Each raw key is shown once, and keys are listed and revoked in the same place.
The same key authenticates the REST API and the MCP server.

### Uploading a company list in your workspace

From [https://entitybind.com/audit-pack#preview](https://entitybind.com/audit-pack#preview)

You can also upload a company list there: a UTF-8 CSV of at most 1,000,000
bytes and, by default, 500 company rows. The preview shows five rows and you
map your columns — name is required; domain, country, registration_number,
jurisdiction, lei, ticker, exchange, address, city, postcode and client_ref are
optional — with country US or GB. "Matching" compares your records with no
registry or model calls and works on the Free plan; "Matching and registry
checks" needs an active paid subscription purchased in workspace Billing. Starting a run stores the rows in your
workspace, so it is not a no-write preview. A completed run gives CSV and JSON
downloads with decision receipts.

### What happens after you join the list

Your submission reaches one inbox and one private table. James Rooney replies
about a first file and what it would cost; we then open the workspace by hand.
After that, upload a company CSV or create an API key. Free supports shallow
matching with no registry or model calls; choose a paid subscription in Billing
when you need greater depth or capacity. Joining the list takes no card and does
not start the separate full-pipeline evaluation.

The account and upload details are handled by the product workspace. Read the
privacy notice at https://entitybind.com/privacy and the terms at https://entitybind.com/terms before
submitting data. For an assisted Sprint or a question, write to hello@entitybind.com;
no response time is promised for that general inbox.

Internal fixtures only. The historical 2026-08-29 per-tier recording covers 317 GB companies with identifier-rich arrivals seeding the catalogue first; the context tier includes country and registered-town prose. Its legacy replay has no full-prompt-verified calls and cannot certify current calibration. The September 5 CI reports cover 1,176 labelled pairs and 705 records over 250 companies using offline stubs. These are not independent customer holdouts or live production validation; the 99% minimum-input product target remains unmet. Scope is company and organisation identity only — not people, vessels, bank-account ownership, sanctions or emissions. Results may not be used for eligibility decisions about individuals, including employment, credit and tenancy.

Entity Bind resolves companies and organisations only. It does not resolve people, vessels, bank-account ownership, sanctions exposure, emissions or geolocation, and its results may not be used for eligibility decisions about individuals, including employment, credit and tenancy.
